- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goal and objectives and generate revenue.
- Analyze market trends, customers preferences, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities to maximize sales potential.
Revenue Generation
- Drive revenue growth by effectively managing and expanding the sales pipeline.
- Driving the sales cycle/process by understanding the customer buying process and needs; focusing on solutions; seeking to understand the challenge; keeping a consultative approach; and obtaining customer commitments.
- Active involvement in strategic sales activities including super premium account management and deal negotiations.
Team Leadership
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings, set clear expectations, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Performance Management
- Monitor and assess individual and team performance against KPIs, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Implement sales performance metrics and reporting systems to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
