Job Summary:

- We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of telesales executives.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving team performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Supervise and guide a team of telesales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion rates and maximize revenue.

- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide coaching to improve efficiency.

- Training & Development: Conduct regular training and upskilling sessions to enhance team capabilities.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain high-quality customer interactions.

- Conflict Resolution: Address customer complaints and escalations efficiently to ensure satisfaction.

- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, performance reviews, and forecasts to management.

- Experience: 2-5 years in telesales/sales (preferably in a BPO/call center environment).
