Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Coaching:
- Provide effective leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Develop and implement successful sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Motivate and coach team members to achieve their individual sales targets and maximize their potential.
Sales Strategy & Performance Management:
- Set clear and achievable sales targets for the team and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to continuously enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics, providing feedback and coaching to optimize results.
Customer Focus & Collaboration:
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, building strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Operations) to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to convert into sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field (required).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving success in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address sales challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills to motivate and guide your team.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Proficient in sales tools and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems (a plus).
