- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs and achieve SLA targets.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their hiring needs and expectations.
- Performance Management: Drive team performance by setting clear goals, monitoring KPIs, and providing regular feedback.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Reporting: Utilize CRM tools to track recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the recruitment process.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in (Technical field).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in team leadership within IT recruitment.
- Proven ability to drive team performance and manage SLAs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM tools and recruitment software.
- Ability to engage clients and understand their hiring needs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Location: Bangalore, Indiranagar (WFO).
Work Timings:.
Monday to Friday 10 am 7 pm (WFO).
Saturdays-10 am 3 pm (WFH).
The candidate must be willing to work on extendible hours if required.
