DELIVERY & P&L:
- Responsible for individual and team's P&L in alignment with organizational goals
- Own and execute entire hiring process for the allocated clients
- Develop and propose new hiring strategies
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:
- Offer best practices to the client in terms of manpower planning and hiring
- Robust in creating alternatives to the hiring process with relevance to the client environment
- Frequent client visits to engage and retain the current business and to coin prospects
- Timely interactions with hiring managers and prospect candidates to maintain healthy relations
STRATEGY & MARKETING:
- Market research to forecast and predict the new requirements and business opportunities
- Up-to-date with the market trends with respect to industry and domain
- Develop the sourcing strategy in sync with proposed goals and deliverables.
- Identify, design, develop and propose plans to expand business within the existing clients
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
- Managing and providing leadership and guidance to the team
- Mentor and motivate team members in the light of organizational goals
- Implementing best practices to improve productivity and efficiency of the team
- Continuous training and development of the team
- Performance review and appraisal of the team members
- Share the value added information with the peers and team members
WORKFORCE ANALYTICS:
- Innovate and implement novel hiring methods to reduce the team efforts
- Increase the team utilization by allocation the tasks using SMART approach
- Build & maintain pipe line to meet the ad hoc and future needs
MIS:
- Measure and maintain team's performance and produce timely reports to the management
- Analyze and assess the individual performances in the light of team and organizational objectives
- Create and monitor talent pool for future requirements and internal needs.
