Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in handling Healthcare US clients.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in Healthcare with strong team management skills.
- Understanding of US visa terms, processes, and US employment legal requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to negotiations.
- Work with various Healthcare clients across the US.
- Source candidates using different portals based on job descriptions and skill set requirements.
- Follow up with relevant profiles and create a pool of candidates.
- Submit relevant profiles to clients while supporting other requisitions simultaneously
