Job Profile Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for both recruiting individually and managing the team to work on the hiring requirements of the multiple clients in BFSI/ Fintech domain.

For this role, the candidate will be deployed at the client location under RPO model. (Permanent job)

Only Female candidates can apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Candidate will be managing the entire recruitment cycle

- Will have to work on positions individually and also manage the team.

- Candidate should be well versed with different platforms for hiring such as Naukri, Linkedin, Hirist, iimjobs, indeed, etc

- Improvise the recruitment process if required for a smooth candidate experience.

- Should have the experience or knowledge of taking pre-screening rounds of candidates shortlisted by team members and review them as per the requirement.

- Should know how to do recruitment forecasting and recruitment analysis.

- Should possess the ability of doing market research and competitor analysis in BFSI/ Fintech industry to determine the offers given by competitors.

- Should have the capability of handling the team. Should take necessary updates, check of profile delivery, help out if they are stuck and motivate the team to give their best.

- Candidate should have experience of doing Employer branding to attract the best talent.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

- Candidate should have completed Graduation from any stream. MBA HR will be preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Candidate with team handling skills and experience would only be preferred.

- Candidates with experience of Niche hiring for BFSI/ Fintech role would be preferred.

- Should be excellent in sourcing from different hiring platforms like Naukri, Linkedin, etc

- Should have experience of doing recruitment through social media.

- Strong coordination skills with clients or stakeholders

- Should be well versed with MS- Office

- Good analytical and logical skills

- Excellent verbal and written skills
