- Oversee the daily activities of the technical recruitment team, ensuring they are meeting performance expectations and deadlines.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to team members to enhance their recruitment skills and knowledge.
- Manage team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key talent pools and trends.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and develop tailored sourcing plans.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing to identify qualified technical candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical assessments, coding challenges, and interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and keep them updated on the status of their application.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiations and onboarding.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and cost-per-hire.
- Prepare regular reports for management on recruitment activities and results.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical talent for various roles and levels.
- Strong understanding of technical skills and technologies relevant to the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in building and managing remote recruitment teams.
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
- Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment
