Team Lead - Radio Ad Sales - Media Group

DEPARTMENT : Sales

JOB TITLE : Team Lead- Retail

LOCATION : Mumbai

REPORTING TO : Sales Head

EXPECTED QUALIFICATION DETAILS : MBA/ PGDBM

EXPECTED OVERALL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 10- 12 Years ( 6-7 years in Media preferred )

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES : 

- Preparing deliverables for clients.

- Handling a team of 2-3 Account Managers. Looking after the team's clients as well.

- Managing agency relationships :

1. Identifying agencies.

2. Maintaining healthy client relationship.

- Interacting with clients:

1. Creating briefs according to clients needs.

2. Pitching of properties.

3. Ensuring timely delivery of briefs.

- Coordinating and integrating with the Programming and the Creative team.

- Make proposals, agreements.

Required Skills :

- Team handling experience

- Should have exposure of Radio/Media

- Retail Sales/SME

- Should have held B2B Business responsibility
