Team Lead (Project Management) - Big 4 - Contractual Role

- Our client, a Big 4 Consulting firm, is working on a project with an International Humanitarian Organization in Nepal. They are looking for a Team lead who is fluent in Nepali and has prior project management experience working for humanitarian/not-for-profit organizations, especially in the health sector.

- Strong project management and team management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines in a complex environment.

- An in-depth knowledge of issues relating to project management in developing countries;

- Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and tact to effectively communicate with senior-level officials, multiple stakeholders and professionals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds; and

- Strong, professional oral communication, writing and analytical skills, including the development of reports, oral presentations, and technical/persuasive documents.

Requirements for the role:

- Fluent communication in English and Nepali

- 10+ years in Project Management roles

- This opportunity will be on an initial 12-month contract and requires the consultant to be based out of or to relocate to Nepal.
