Team Lead -Product Manager - Business banking Group - Kissan credit Card (Alternate Channel)
This is an important and flagship role where by the TL will have the responsibility of envisaging, creating and developing the alternate channel for BBG KCC business. It's and end to end digital fulfilment - the team span will be 3-4 depending on mandates and scale. The incumbent should have a working knowledge of Business & Credit along with an attitude for Digital integration plus a skill set to interact with business partner who will be of a corporate profile
Key KRA's :
1. New Digital Alliance with Digital Platforms and FinTech's by co-creating lending products for Business Lending (BBG and KCC) customers
2. Work with internal stakeholders such as credit/risk/legal/compliance/ops/tech for fast roll out digital lending programs
3. Growth of BBG / KCC business though Alternate channel - Branch, Digital Alliances and Tie-ups.
4. Lead generation through alliance, Lead generation through Analytics & Use data, analytics and intuitions to design products for businesses and individuals.
5. Manage external stakeholders such as leaderships of partner platforms and their teams
6. Improve operational and tech efficiency to minimize issues for reduced customer drop-offs and higher credit usage
