- To be a part of the client calibration call to have better understanding of the process and for continuous improvement
Key Deliverable ( KRA/Measure) :
Knowledge : Understanding of the process, evaluation & feedback, reporting and analysis.
- Should be able to handle & achieve the departmental requirements
- Have knowledge of different policies and procedures
- Attrition Management
- Participate weekly client calls
- Maintain overall process health through continuous training needs identification and implementation

Knowledge/ Skills/ Attributes :
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to mentor and provide feedback
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a international voice process is a must
- Ability to handle escalations with demonstrated Leadership skills
- Ability to work with cross departments
- Solution Oriented
- Understanding of the Business situation and capability to address issues such as attrition, update dissemination and discipline
- Should exhibit patience while giving feedback, open to change, multi-tasking & inter personal skills
- Calm under work pressure/ any scenario

- Minimum Bachelor in Commerce/Bachelor of Business Administration and/or post graduate qualification
- 2-7 years experience in Handling Team
- Varied experience of international markets US, UK
- Excellent business English, both written and verbal. Exposure to writing reports is essential
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, third party tools
