Team Lead - Operations - BPO/ITeS

We are in Hunt of a Team lead Operations(BPO/ITES) for ITPL, Bangalore Location.

Overall 5-7 Years Experience.

The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for :

1. Leading and managing his team to drive daily production, ensure best in class quality and CSAT.

2. Critically analyze information, monitor and manage performance.

3. One to drive continuous improvement towards meeting and exceeding targets.

4. To develop, coach, train, induct and formally appraise employees to set performance standards.

5. Manage attrition and absenteeism as well as groom and develop succession plan for next level.

6. Handle Day to day employee and customer relationship management & client escalations
