The Incumbent would be leading a team of 7-8 marketing professionals for devising Product and Business Marketing strategies for the key segments of the bank i.e Affluent Banking, NRI Banking, B2C banking and B2B Banking
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Build Annual /Quarterly marketing plan and strategy for driving customer engagement for categories including HNIs, Ultra HNIs, and NRIs.
- Plan and strategize product, program and proposition launches to drive business development in the key segments.
- Work closely with various stakeholders to design and execute marketing campaigns for new acquisitions and engagement with existing customers.
- Work with Data Analytics team to make communications more data centric.
- Customer Lifecycle Management for key product and programs
Expertise & Experience :
- 15-17 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in Banking sector
- Hands on experience in driving BTL strategy
- Extensive experience in HNI segment marketing
- Experience in Product marketing including BTL strategy, product positioning
- Knowledge and understanding of the HNI market will be a strong plus
