Team Lead - Litigation Document Review - LLB/LLM

- Responsible for collaborating with senior managers to craft the QC strategy, running complex searches on review platforms, serving as a subject matter expert on various projects, and providing feedback and guidance to teams.

- Perform QC/QA checks on projects/Play a key role in quality control and audit responsibilities on their projects.

- QC huge volumes of complex litigation documents with the highest productivity and accuracy./Perform high level audit checks on the QC'd documents to validate the quality.

- Review and finalize the Decision Logs and QC Logs before sending to the clients.

- Identify and assess the impact of the application of review guidelines on documents Draft Decision Logs and QC Logs.

- Be an advisor and subject matter expert in different projects, drafting queries including but not limited to client queries, and resolving team queries.

- Create batches on the platform for the review.

- Run complex QA searches, lead project training, assist Managers and Senior Managers with QC strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum LLB and LLM (would be an added advantage)

- Looking for experience with traditional document review.

- A minimum of 4 - 8 years' experience in document review with at least 1 to 3 years of experience in leading teams/managing projects

- Experience working on review tools like Relativity, Introspect, Ringtail, Ipro etc.
