Team Lead - Leadership Recruitment - BFSI

About the job :

- Vertical Head for customers within the NBFC & Insurance industries.

- Manage and co-ordinate with global and large Indian customers for their sr. management and leadership mandates

- Accountability of targets shall be applicable as an individual as well as the team

- Master delivery of the internal recruitment process and ensure the same from the alocated team

- Prior experience in hiring for senior roles within the BFSI space is a must

- The individual must have a minimum of 5 years experience within the permanent hiring industry

- CXO level stakeholder experience will be highly regarded

- The individual must be high on integrity and accountability

- Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must
