Responsibilities
- Will be responsible to manage and train the inside sales team.
- Ensure to introduce, enhance and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines.
- Build an open-communication environment for the team.
- Analyze the trends in the market and perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Create ad-hoc reports for the sales and marketing on relevant findings from the strategies implemented
- Calling potential leads & converting them to customers. Identify and Evaluate new customers to increase the company's sales targets and marketing campaign audience.
- Work to improve the customer feedback channels and communication to ensure a constant flow of reviews from them.
- Take ownership and respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or Chat
- Gather customer feedback and analyse to generate ideas about new features or products to increase sales and company revenue.
- Learn and master customer operations (planning, marketing, relationship building, sales, daily operations, etc.)
- Other administrative and business management tasks as assigned
Requirements :
- Must be a graduate with proven work experience of 6-9 years of overall experience in sales.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
Location: Bellandur (Bangalore)
- Note: The role will be Work from Office.
