Team management role- 15-20 team of engineering + devops Full-stack -high scale backend and frontend systems Microservices architecture - Innovate and deliver multiple experiments to drive revenue, User engagement and Business and Operational priorities with speed and quality. - Improve stability and fault tolerance of the System Architecture, Data Modelling and improve the process around production deployment and monitoring systems. Must-haves: - Qualification in Computer Science/ Statistics/ Engineering. - Relevant experience in building high scale backend and frontend systems - Must have experience in leading teams - Demonstrated ability in technical architecture, data modeling, performance optimizations, deployment and production monitoring and debugging etc. - Experience with Java, PHP, JavaScript technologies, Elastic Search, Caching and Queuing techniques - Experience in handling Databases like MySQL, MongoDB, etc - Strong technical and analytical aptitude and excellent communication skills. Preferred: - Experience in building large scale backend and frontend systems for internet companies using Micro Services Architecture. - Handling both transactional systems like Payment etc, and eventual consistency systems together is a plus. - In-depth coding, designing and debugging knowledge in Java is a big plus. - Knowledge in coding, debugging and optimizing PHP, React, Node, and other frontend technologies is a plus. - Optimizing web page performance and SEO is a big plus. - Experience with deployment automation using Jenkins etc, Production monitoring using NewRelic, Nagios etc, Micro Services dependency Management using HAProxy etc, Deployment Management using Docker are plus.
