Team Lead - Enterprise Risk Management

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and drive implementation of risk management frameworks and policies for managing

risks across the enterprise.

- Develop and periodically update the risk assessment models (Must have experience in developing assessment models for Pillar II risks).

- Prepare Enterprise Risk Dashboards for update to Risk Management Committee and Senior Management.

- Design and implement mechanism for proactive monitoring risk through key risk indicators.

- Identification and assessment of operational risks and controls through risk and control self-assessments (R&CSA) and product and process review.

- Design and roll out comprehensive operational risk loss database (to collate and monitor operational risk related losses and effective mitigation).

- Ensure alignment of risk management practices with regulatory requirements and industry leading practices.

- Periodically review Risk Management policy, procedures, reporting templates and framework to

ensure everything is up to date.

Core skills and experience:

- A senior executive with 7 - 10 years of experience in Risk Management within financial industry (Banks or NBFCs).

- Thorough understanding of Operational Risk Management frameworks, ISO31000 and COSO ERM

Framework.

- Must have experience in developing assessment models for Pillar II risks.

- Ability to lead discussions on risk identification, assessment, prioritization and mitigation.

Education:

- Degree in business or CA; MBA preferred.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.

- High level of commitment to quality work product, organizational ethics and integrity.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
