Role - Team Lead - Digital Sales.

Reporting to - Head Online Business.

Location - Mumbai.

Role :

1. Managing the Digital Lead calling and upselling team.

2. Researching new markets and using the data to forecast sales, set performance goals, review strategies to increase revenue, and set operating budgets.

3. Devising and implementing new business initiatives and sales strategies and monitoring their effectiveness.

4. Ensuring effective training programs for sales representatives, assigning trained sales representatives to various territories, and setting their sales goals, revenue targets, and key performance indicators.

5. Overseeing the company's sales growth by evaluating sales reports and capitalizing on particular products or services.

Experience - 7+ experience in outbound sales and handling a team.

Industry - BFSI.
