Team Lead - Credit Risk & Sustainability - Financial Services Firm

The Job Purpose of the Role is as defined below:

1. The role is required to conduct Credit Risk analysis and diligences for Proposals and Transactions, which come upto the Apex Committees, across multiple business units of the group, covering both Loans & Investments.

2. The role is required to Monitor Credit Portfolio and asset quality behaviour, as well as be able to engage closely with respective Business units in the Monitoring and control of Portfolio asset quality.

3. Ongoing ESG sustainability initiatives and policy frameworks to be integrated and implemented across the group

4. Sustainability driven focus to be a key job role, which will cover a sound understanding and application of ESG principles across Industry and it's shadowing to ensure a continuous improvement at an operating level (Equator Principles, UNPRI standards, Stewardship codes by Regulators, GRI standards, Monitoring Investor & Sustainability focussed agencies, Comparable analysis with Market players in BFSI domain etc.)
