Team Lead - Corporate Legal - LLB

Educational Qualification: LL.B. from reputable institute

PQE Experience: 10-15 yrs PQE, candidates from law firms only

Language skills: Excellent English writing, articulation and presentation skills

Job Location: Mumbai

- Contract Management: Negotiate, draft, and finalize various commercial contracts, including international and domestic agreements, supply chain, software licensing, franchise agreements, and more.

- Marketing/Brand Management: Oversee intellectual property rights, advertising, endorsements, product placements, and licensing agreements to protect brand assets and manage IP portfolios.

- Corporate Advisory: Provide guidance on corporate financing, policy drafting (e.g., conduct codes, IPR, data privacy), and compliance with corporate laws and regulations.

- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, manage compliance programs, conduct audits, and advise departments on risk-related issues.

- Employment Matters: Manage employment contracts, consultancy renewals, and vendor relationships.

- Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Support strategic acquisitions with legal guidance, due diligence, and transaction management from negotiation through completion.
