REQUIRED:
1. At least 6-7 years of experience related to writing/rewriting, editing, interviewing, communication, knowledge of reviewing Thought Papers, driving primary and secondary research
2. Educational Qualification: University degree in Mass Communication/Journalism/MBA
PREFERRED:
1. Over 8 years of experience related to writing, editing, marketing, communication, content curation/generation, IT services
2. Knowledge of Instructional Design; Content Marketing
3. Project management skills
ROLE
1. Help contextualize content to make it more engaging to customers. Make collaterals more client focused
2. Help content evolve as a strong marketing tool by offering constructive feedback to SMEs and agencies alike following detailed reviews
3. Ensure compliance with Brand Voice, Client Themes Content Guidelines by keeping quality checks
4. Ideate with internal and external stakeholders on emerging trends and messaging to take marketing collaterals to the next level
5. Be proactive in all content ventures and activities
6. Be one of the - go-to- persons for the Content CoE function
7. Engage best-in-class writers for the Content Team
8. Roll out and participate in training and workshops
