Team Lead - Consulting - Social Impact Practice - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

- As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing project teams comprised of consultants and associate consultants who design and develop innovative long-term business strategies for clients working in the social impact sector.

- Project teams are responsible for advising clients on key strategic issues, producing leading-edge impact models, and addressing specific problems and opportunities. You will also play a key role in high-level client relationships and act as a content lead for proposals and other business development work.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Develop, manage and maintain client relationships

- Act as a key topic content lead for proposals or other business development work

- Direct and supervise research activities to obtain relevant data and define client needs or problems

- Oversee the formulation of hypotheses for research and investigation

- Execute strategic due diligence, product development studies and the development of change management plans

- Prepare and present oral and written reports of case team findings to client management

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: 

- 8+ years post MBA consulting experience

- 3+ years of experience within the social impact sector

- Advanced business degree from a top-tier institution preferred
