Team Lead - Client Acquisition - Supply Chain Finance - NBFC

We are hiring for a Client Acquisition Manager in Supply Chain finance for a leading NBFC. Role details are given below:

LEAD MANAGEMENT & CLIENT ACQUISITION:

- Responsible for driving a team of RMs to convert leads generated by Anchor Manager into actual business in conjunction with a service provider and to generate subsequent fee income by

- Pursuing the leads through tele-calling, establishing contact and driving service provider representatives to meet with the relevant vendors/ dealers to close the deal documentation and sign ups

- Gathering intelligence about the clients from the local market to understand the health of their business and their ability to pay within the short transaction cycles

- Negotiating with Vendors/ Dealers on loan terms within the framework of the anchor contract

- Generating additional leads from the vendors/ dealers for potential business

- Building strong relationships with the Vendors/ Dealers through responsive servicing and tightly held TATs

- Assigns sales targets and allocates regions to the RMs to drive business objectives in line with business plans for Retail Supply Chain

- Oversees closure of all relevant deal information/ documentation to ensure RMs carry the loan proposal through to sanction in a seamless and swift manner

- Keeps in regular touch with the Anchor Managers to constantly generate new leads and ensure RMs farm them for business

CLIENT SERVICING AND ENGAGEMENT:

- Ensures RMs and service provider representatives keep abreast with client requirements, anticipate queries, concerns or risks and addressing/ highlight the same as required

- Ensures that responses to client queries/ complaints are provided within swift timelines and collaborates with all relevant internal teams to ensure client satisfaction in conjunction with the RM

- Ensures commitments made to clients are kept and their grievances are adequately addressed or highlighted to ensure client retention

Requirements:

- Post Graduate / Graduate with min 5 years of experience in supply chain finance.

- Prior work exp with a Bank / NBFC
