Roles and Responsibilities:
1. To maintain & expand organization's database of channel partners by increasing width and depth of this distribution channel
2. Should be capable of managing team of at least 7-8 members
3. Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets of site visits & booking closures of his/her team members through assigned/acquired CPs
4 . To develop & drive the channel sales team in achieveing weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
5. Weekly/monthly review review of CPs performance, qualitative factors and process improvements
6. To liaison and work closely with the project site heads for site visit & booking confirmations and foster strong working relationship
7. To ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners
8. To leverage CP contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre launches & launches
9. To maintain & expand organization's database of channel partners by increasing width and depth of this distribution channel
10. To develop & foster relationships with key CPs within the micromarket
11. Explore cross-selling opportunities
12. Inspire & be a role model for the team
13. Ensure adherence of sales processes
14. Ensure penetration of ACP technology platform among the CPs
