Team Lead - Business Analyst - Mutual Fund

- Overall Digital Portal and App Business Owner across investors and distributors

- Responsible for ensuring our solutions are in the leader quadrant - leading feature set, innovation and simplification on an ongoing basis including competitor analysis and benchmarking

- Ensuring proper documentation of requirements and driving closure with digital technology, legal, risk, compliance, client services etc.

- Finalizing requirements including customer experience working with design agency

- Prioritizing features and changes for development and liaising with Digital Tech team

- Review and guide team for proper documentation across requirement definition, test cases, change management as applicable and training.

- Drive solution roadmap by creating visibility (project plans), progress (trackers/statusupdates), and recommendations on best path forward.

- Support accurate performance reporting, providing weekly updates on progress against KPI's and other operational metrics.

- Digital asset brand ambassador for internal stakeholders - sales, client services etc.
