Job Description :
- The profile requires working with Business Heads and Divisional Head very closely
- The candidate will have a team of 3-4 Analysts who will be SPOC for specific business divisions
- The candidate will report in to Head of Business Excellence Team
- Responsible for business, division- budgeting & monitoring monthly performance incl. identifying area of focus and improvement
- Responsible for monthly deal Pipeline calls, monthly/quarterly review presentations for each business division
- Responsible for designing RM KRAs, performance leaderboard & incentive policies
- Coordinate with the WBG BIU team to ensure seamless MIS reporting
- Drive key strategic initiatives of business divisions including BIG 5
- Responsible to ensure timely completion of activities laid down by management
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 11 to 13 years of experience in Banking, preferably with some experience on business side
- Strong analytical skills with eye for detail
- CA, MBA or any other similar qualification
- Strong Excel and Power Point Presentation skills
- Persuasive and action oriented
- Ability to multi task and prioritize activities
