We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead with a strong background in Benefit Configuration, specifically within the US Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in leading teams, a deep understanding of customer infrastructure, and expertise in quality control processes. Proficiency in Mainframe, WGS (Work Group Server), and WPD (Workstation Productivity Development) is essential.
Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of Benefit Configuration professionals. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Benefit Configuration Expertise : Utilize in-depth knowledge of Benefit Configuration processes in the US Healthcare domain. Oversee the configuration and implementation of benefit plans and updates.
- Customer Infrastructure Understanding : Work closely with customers to understand their infrastructure and configuration requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with customer systems.
- Quality Control Processes : Implement and maintain quality control processes for benefit configuration activities. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Technical Skills :
- Demonstrate proficiency in Mainframe, WGS (Work Group Server), and WPD (Workstation Productivity Development).
- Stay updated on technological advancements and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Process Optimization : Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the benefit configuration workflow. Implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Communication : Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. Address and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Training and Development : Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and keep them informed about industry trends. Facilitate continuous learning within the team.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 10-15 years of experience in Benefit Configuration, with a focus on US Healthcare.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing teams and projects.
- Strong understanding of customer infrastructure requirements.
- Expertise in quality control processes related to benefit configuration.
- Technical proficiency in Mainframe, WGS, and WPD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have :
- Certifications related to US Healthcare Benefit Configuration.
