Business Process Reengineering (PMO)
Designation: Team Lead / Associate Team Lead
Must have experience with business process analysis, review, documentation and reengineering. You will be responsible for understanding and documenting the current business process; identify improvement areas/opportunities to drive in operational efficiencies; You will be required interact with the executive management, senior leaders, product managers and other stakeholders to identify process and product gaps and recommend improvements.
Job Responsibilities -
- Understand and document the current working process in details (review, document and assess critical business processes)
- Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users to identify gaps and recommend improvements
- Plan, lead and implement cross-functional process improvement initiatives
- Project management, planning, tracking, coordination, usage of project management tools
- Collect and analyze data to identify root cause of problems
- Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
- Identify, communicate, and report significant deviations from project plan / quality
- Track the working process and evaluate its effectiveness
