Team Lead/ Assistant Manager (US IT STAFFING)

- Responsible for managing and handling Direct Clients.

- Responsible for handling a team of recruiters.

- Understands VMS/MSP Model.

- To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.

- Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Min 4-8 Years of experience in US IT recruitment & Min 2+ Years Team handling experience

2. Extensive experience in self-sourcing using Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed) and social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub, etc.). Understanding of ATS will be an advantage.

3. Should be good with technologies or a thorough understanding of various IT/BFSI/Telecom terminologies.

4. Exposure working with Direct Client/VMS Based clients.

5. Experience with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

6. Go getter attitude, ability to think out of the box.

7. Good candidate pipeline building & mapping skills.

8. Track-record of Quality over Quantity.

9. Exceptionally good at negotiations and selling the organisation to the candidates.

10. Good listening skills and ability to articulate their thought process through emails, telephonic conversations, etc.
