- Min 4 /5yrs relevant experience in IT & Non IT Recruitment.
- Expertise in sourcing & screening skills.
- Develops, places, and tracks job ads on relevant media to attract applicants to open positions.
- Expertise in handling the team members.
- Owns tasks, delegate tasks, train & develop the individuals.
- Coordinate with the Business Development colleagues to have a thorough understanding of the job profiles given by the client.
- Ultimately, should lead by setting a good example and engage with team members achieve the goals.
