The role involves :

- Support the continuous development of the best of breed Change Management approach and tools

- Responsible for knowledge management of all Change Management materials

- Supports Change Management training, and learning

- Creates change management presentations and learning materials in various formats

- Facilitates change management workshops and working sessions
