Team Lead-Assets Accounting for a leading conglomerate

Position:

1. Responsible for fixed asset records in SAP-S4Hana including additions, retirement and book & tax depreciation for multiple companies.

2. Monitor and review Budget Vs Actual Work in progress of various ongoing projects and work closely with project departments to ensure timely booking of expenses and Assets with proper useful lives and asset classifications.

3. Upload and monitoring of budget on different WBS related to ongoing projects.

4. Ensure and perform month end closing activities as per closing timelines.

5. Resolve closing issues, accounting for transactions and timely payments.

6. Ensure fulfillment of all the requirements related to quarterly and annual statutory audit within given timelines.

7. Perform reporting and analysis on monthly basis as per requirement of management.

8. Monitor annual repairs & Maintenance accruals and report on budget/prior year variances.

Qualifications Required:

1. Chartered accountant with 5 years' post qualification experience.

2. Good knowledge of IND AS compliances related to asset accounting.

3. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience of Asset module of SAP and handling of accounting of Greenfield project.

4. Must be advanced at Microsoft Excel and Power presentation.

5. Reporting to Head-Business Finance.
