Team Lead - Algorithm Trading Risk Management - BFSI - IIM/XLRI/ISB/SP Jain/MDI/JBIMS

We are working exclusively with one of India's leading financial services group, an MNC which is a billion dollar company. Currently we are recruiting for a senior level position for the Global Risk Group (GRG).

Roles and Responsibilities:

This position will be heading a dedicated team within GRG which focuses on all the risks emanating from algorithmic trading and trading technologies across the organization.

Single point of contact for businesses for seeking approval for any new algorithmic trading strategy as well as associated software / hardware applications

To understand the underlying technical complexities and identifying the potential risks emanating from the same

Suggesting controls (either systemic or process driver) for mitigating these risks

Defining the landscape of the future growth of algorithmic trading within the company

A team management role - managing team of 10 comprising Engineers and MBAs from top colleges (IITs, IIMs etc).

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience of 8-10 years in Trading Technology in reputed firms.

MBA/ PGDM from top tier colleges (IIMs, XLRI, ISB, SPJain, MDI, JBIMS)

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
