About the role:

HR Business Partner Responsibilities:

- Developing the HR agenda, strategies, policies, and practices.

- Evaluating staffing needs and improving and monitoring employee productivity.

- Engaging with heads of department and overseeing recruitment efforts.

- Execute talent management strategies to support a team's growth and individual development plans

- Help operationalize diversity and inclusion strategies to build cultural competence and business success.

- Integrate and prioritize work across HR stakeholders to ensure seamless day to day and long term strategic HR delivery.

- Ensuring transparency and supervision of the performance process and managing staff wellness initiatives.

Skills Required:

- 5+ years of proven work experience

- Strong problem-solving capability

- MBA in Human Resources preferred.

- Good knowledge of the HR portfolio, and standard processes

- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, learn on the job and get things done.
