About the job:

- The Digital Platform & Operations Specialist / Marketing Automation Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Campaign Management Team by managing and optimizing campaigns to enhance demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.

- The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical proficiency, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

- They will contribute to improving marketing operations by identifying areas for process optimization and supporting marketing automation strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Campaign Planning & Execution:

- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including personalization, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

- Implement nurture campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel and drive conversions.

- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across campaigns.

- Balance multiple campaign requests while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.

Demand Generation & Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

- Support and provide strategic inputs into demand generation efforts by planning and implementing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead acquisition.

- Partner with campaign, COE and BU teams to align marketing strategies with account-level goals and objectives.

- Utilize ABM tools to engage high-priority accounts through targeted marketing activities.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and demonstrate the ROI of marketing efforts.

- Ensure data integrity across platforms and maintain compliance with data management protocols.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in marketing automation or a related role, with demonstrated proficiency in Eloqua, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, Marketo, HubSpot).

- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and develop actionable insights.

- Proficiency in HTML, email templates, and API integrations.

Soft Skills:

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Additional Qualifications:

- Familiarity with B2B marketing principles and best practices.

- Experience with data governance and compliance in marketing environments.

- Knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
