Role title : Black Belt Role - Transformation

Location : Hyderabad (Adibatala)

Domain : Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) . Domain knowledge is must.

Experience : 12 - 15 years

Position Summary :

- Identifying & prioritizing projects based on business needs

- Lead quick problem solving on the floor

- Leading process improvement initiatives for aligned processes using Lean/Six Sigma/Other methodologies including Agile

- Mentor & Coach improvement projects

- Liaison with customer on account level improvement strategy

- Liaise with technology team

- Deploy KM practices

Scope of the role : Process Improvement, Coaching & Mentoring

Must have competencies :

- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

- Good knowledge of Lean

- Project Management Experience

- Proficiency in Excel (other analysis tools like Minitab, SigmaXL will be added advantage)

- Leading Change

Additional Remarks :

- BB Certification is a desirable.

- Knowledge of Digital technologies like Robotic Process Automation specially in banking will be added advantage.

- Prior BPS experience will be an advantage
