Required Technical Skill Set - Testing Concepts, Tools, Implementation experience

- Understanding of testing best practices, testing life cycle, tools and techniques

- Ability to conceptualize, design and articulate differentiated solutions for a given set of requirements

- Understanding of transaction flows in a multi-tiered architecture

- Ability to lead multiple teams, drive discussions and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to design the solution

- Ability to explore best-fit solution options through information mining

- Ability to sort ambiguity, resolve conflict and influence stakeholders to concur at the best-fit solution

- Confidence and ability to deliver the solution through hands-on execution

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Experience or exposure to working in multiple application sourcing engagements – application development & maintenance, support and testing

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

- Analyze customer’s quality assurance needs; proactively build and deliver solutions tailored to the needs

- Manage and drive events – customer visits, bids, presentations, conferences, workshops – for prospects as well as accounts

- Execute quality assurance consulting assignments

- Track industry trends and recommend best-fit offerings & go-to-market strategies that will make a difference to the customer

- Ready to travel on need-basis to pursue quality assurance opportunities

- Should continually learn and acquire knowledge of industry domains as well as knowledge of the quality assurance tools & techniques required to engage with customers
