TCS - POS Delivery CoE Head - Retail

Desired competencies

Must Have

1. Implementation experience of large scale POS for leading retailers in USA/UK geographies

2. Knowledge of leading POS packages like Retalix, Oracle, Epicor, Fujitsu, PCMS etc

3. Up-to-date on retail industry and technology trends

4. Strong delivery, team management and team building skills

5. Excellent communication (both spoken and written)

Good To Have

1. Experience in CoE lead or practice lead position

2. Presales and Proposal Development Experience

3. Consulting experience in POS / Stores domain

4. Published articles or white papers

Job Responsibility

- Drive POS Center of Excellence activities – CoE expansion, knowledge development and training, manage assets and accelerators, alliances with POS packages etc

- Work with presales team in responding to new opportunities in POS proactively or through RFI’s and RFP’s

- Strategy and business planning for acquiring new business and expanding existing ones

- Collaborate with TCS product/domain teams to structure and prioritize business initiatives, assist in planning of new solutions and innovation

- Analysis of industry trends, networking with analyst groups, retail media and conferences, publish white papers
