Required Technical Skill Set
- Strong Telecom OSS/BSS project delivery background in OSS/BSS implementation - Managed end-to-end implementation of at least 2 Telecom projects across OSS, Service Assurance, Service Fulfillment, mediation, Provisioning, etc.
- Functional knowledge of following telecom systems:
Fault and Performance Management
- Service Quality Management
- Order Management & Inventory Management
- Provisioning / Activation across all types/ flavor of service
- In-depth knowledge of SDLC.
- Basic Technology knowledge and understanding of SDH, DWDM, IP-MPLS/ME, NGN, CDMA/GSM, etc.
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
- Should have Functional knowledge of following telecom systems:

- Provisioning / Activation across all types/ flavor of service
- In-depth knowledge of SDLC.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deal with multiple Stakeholders within the customer organization.
- Strong Telecom OSS/BSS project delivery background in OSS/BSS implementation - Managed end-to-end implementation of at least 2 Telecom projects across OSS, Service Assurance, Service Fulfillment, mediation, Provisioning, etc.
- Should have good presentation skill and solution architecting skill in Systems & Solutions Integration knowledge with Telco COTS products.
Experience with OSS/BSS COTS product – Assurance and Fulfillment products – Netcool Product suite, HP Temip, Clarity, Amdocs Cramer, Oracle UIM, Metasolv, SQM Products, HPSM, CCMDB, etc.
- Should have experience in large projects on on-shore/off-shore delivery model
- In-depth understanding of Processes, Systems, Technologies used in TELCO.
- Basic Technology knowledge and understanding of SDH, DWDM, IP-MPLS/ME, NGN, CDMA/GSM, etc.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1. Single Point Contact responsible for all technical issues pertaining to implementation/ system integration of OSS/BSS system for Telecom Operator (Telco).
2. Responsible for working with clients and to define the scope of OSS implementation, OSS COTS product integration and clarify the system specification.
3. Requirement Analysis for green-field implementation.
