TCS - Oracle RightNow Integration Architect

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have:

- Certified for Oracle RightNow CX Cloud Service 2012 Essentials (1Z0-465)

Good-to-Have:

- Preferred Oracle RightNow CX Cloud Service 2013 Technical Essentials (1Z0-480) certification

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

- A fulltime & experienced Rightnow Integration architect who has done recent and extensive consulting for Integration design on Rightnow Integration requirements and implementation. Should be able to define & design the Integration with 3rd party systems integration and extensions using web services and APIs

- Exposure and experience in developing using web technologies like PHP, CSS, JavaScript and Dot Net

- Capable of working on Agent Desktop, Customer Portal and Analytics area of Oracle RightNow for configuration/development of application.

- Experience of working on Multiple Oracle Rightnow implementation projects

- Experience with large SDLC project implementations

- Excellent written and oral communications skills in English. Should be able to create and present the solution to the client management

- Establish and manage Oracle RightNow development standards and best practices

- Should be able to guide the team on technical issues for resolution

- Work on PoCs / white papers / solution as per the client requirements for submission of a proposal

- Work with Oracle Alliance on consulting opportunities with TCS clients
