Job Title: Lead Manager, Marketing

Role Description (partial list):

- Managing a team of focussed managers who would work on social media, analyst reports etc.,

- Build strategy for the marketing activities involving events & Campaigns, media presence

- Should be able to create a big picture of the marketing requirement for TCS DESS

- Handle relationship with Analysts and other agencies to create the best pitch

- Conduct competitive analysis studies on client competitors, including digital footprint analysis.

- Should be capable to conduct leadership level discussions

- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects

- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results

- Determine and manage the marketing budget

- Report on return on investment and key performance metrics

- Develop pricing strategy

- Create marketing presentations

- Liaise with media and advertising

- Collaborate with the sales function

- Monitor industry best practices

Location: Mumbai or Chennai, India

Eligibility criteria:

- 10 - 12 years of work experience with broad knowledge of business initiatives and GTM strategies.

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in handling relationships, marketing events

- Excellent interpersonal skills, including a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships.

- Strong written and verbal communications skills.

- Demonstrates executive presence skills

- Ability to synthesize, interpret and summarize third-party analysis and research for cross-functional audiences, including senior executives.

- Self organized team player with a demonstrated ability to achieve objectives.

- Able to operate in matrix organization and manage multiple projects concurrently.

- Should be very focussed on the execution

- Should be a detailed person and a person who thinks big picture and strategic

- Must be a Relationship builder, team player and people person

- Worked in Sales for about 3+ years is an added advantage

- Consultancy background also a plus
