Role: Delivery Manager - Assessment Content
Desired Experience Range: 5-10 years
Location of Requirement: Mumbai
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):
Must-Have:
- Masters / Doctoral Qualification in Sciences/Engineering
- Full time study
- Real world experience in Test Construction in Education or for Recruitment assessments
Good-to-Have:
- Exposure to Corporate Work Environment
- Experience in leading team
- Experience in psychometric testing
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
- Front end with TCS iON clients on issues concerning Assessment Content.
- Manage the TCS iON Content team and ensure quality content delivery for TCS iON assessment projects.
- Development of test design and test matrix
- Building a quality Subject Matter Expert (SME) base across domains and nurturing the relationship
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure availability of required resources and skills.
- Represent TCS iON's Assessment Content Capabilities in industry and client forums.
- Provide inputs to business leadership in shaping TCS iON content strategy.
Role in Content development and Analytics with one of the largest Assessment Services Provider in the world.
TCS iON's flagship service, Assessment Life Cycle Management (ALM), is a service dealing with deployment of large scale Educational Selection and Recruitment Tests on the Computer Based Testing Platform.
iON's ALM platform, over a short span of 2 years, has delivered over 10 million high stakes proctored assessments and is already one of the largest Assessment Delivery Platforms in the world.
TCS iON's current engagements require development of Test Items and Question Papers for Domain and Aptitude Tests administered as Pre Recruitment assessments and Entrance Tests for Professional Courses as well as development of psychometric tests for behavioural assessments.
