Role: Business Analyst for Capital Markets Risk (Market Risk & Counterparty Credit Risk)

Job Description: As a Business Analyst attached to TCS BFS Risk Practice, you will be providing Business Analysis services and SME Knowledge for our Risk & Compliance Consulting & Implementation Programs for our Banking Customers across the globe.

Role Description:

- Interact with Client and analyze regulatory documents to decipher requirements

- Prepare Business Architecture & Business Requirement documents

- Develop Function Requirements specifications & Business Data requirements definitions

- Defining Functional test scenarios & Test Cases

- Documenting business requirements according to client requirements.

- Contribute to the Risk & Compliance CoE on development of reusable assets and accelerators based on Best practices and Implementation knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria:

- 6-12 years in Banking Risk Management & Regulatory Domain.With atleast 5 years inthe area of Market Risk & Counterparty Credit Risk.

- Experience & Solid understanding of Market Risk functions such as Value at Risk, Sensitivities computation, P&Ls computations, PFE modeling etc.,

- Analytical bent of mind, good ability to listen and communicate and effectively articulate.

- Very good understanding of regulatory and compliance relating to Basel

- Willingness to travel across the globe depending on client requirements.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Ability to take ownership of tasks, work independently and deliver.

- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.

- Understanding of SQL and basic skills will be an added advantage.
