- Use social media to communicate and engage with prospective employees through effective campaigns
- Employer Branding - Designing People focused content for social media platforms
- Prepare and report the detailed Employee Engagement Dashboard
- PMS Effective implementation of the PMS process & ensuing all SOP's are followed
- Learning & Development- Plan, organize & facilitates corporate training and ensuring planned training man day for each employee
- To build and maintain brand image for HR in the digital space -own Websites, Linkedin, campus locations, etc.
