We are looking for a talented, intelligent and self-driven person who will work directly with the President. This an ideal opportunity for a fast learner looking to get exposure to the entire business operations of the company.

Ideal candidates will have strong stakeholder management skills, analytical and quantitative bent of mind, ability to think strategically, ability to research, analyze and synthesis, problem solving, and effective execution skills.

Key Responsibilities & Candidate Profile- Business Analyst

- Research and analysis on company and competitor data

- Assist the President in cadence of execution and progress reviews

- Laison with various teams to ensure various departments align to company's Northstar metric of Active buyers on the platform

- Partner with data team to create reports for management reviews; Leverage existing data reports Enable effective decision making by retrieving and compiling data from multiple sources with context and perspective

- Help create presentations for internal, external and board meetings

Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of professional experience

- Experience in consulting, investment banking, analyst, planning roles etc are ideal

- Very strong analytical skills and quants background with engineering background OR masters degree in economics, physics or math. MBA preferred but not mandatory

- Proficient in excel, data analysis, with exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills & knowledge of Power Point, Strong Analytical skills with quick to absorb business knowledge

- Has basic business sense/ curiosity. Able to think how the various components of a business come together. Able to identify the key levers that drive growth and business performance

- Strong problem solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to summarize and present findings in a coherent manner

- Strong work ethic. Intrinsically motivated to function at high performance levels

- Easy to work with and strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple teams, High level of attention to detail, thoroughness & strong bias for action
