Top Sights During Your Role Stay (Key Expectations) :
- Develop and execute the supplier tech product strategy and roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify customer needs and business goals, and translate them into supplier tech product requirements
- Define and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, including defining requirements, developing product specifications, and overseeing product development and testing
- Build and lead a team of product managers to drive the supplier tech product roadmap and delivery
- Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to expand the platform's supplier capabilities and integrations
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive adoption of the supplier tech product
- Monitor product performance and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive product optimization efforts
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the supplier tech product and market trends, and provide guidance and thought leadership to the broader organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science or engineering
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on supplier tech products
- Strong technical background and experience working with software development teams
- Experience building and leading product teams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Experience working with external partners and suppliers
- Knowledge of market trends and emerging technologies in the supplier tech space
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with enterprise customers and complex supplier integrations
- Familiarity with supplier management systems and best practices
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools
- Advanced degree in a related field, such as an MBA or computer science
