Top Sights During Your Role Stay (Key Expectations) :

- Able to perform D365 Finance support related activities, not limited to Monitoring Support Queue, assign tickets, respond and resolve client queries.

- Knowledge of accounting, Functional, trade & inventory modules of D365.

- Able to perform functional analysis of the reported issues and advise the client/team about whether it is a setup issue or a bug or a change request.

- Coordinate with Technical partner of the change request, requirement details clarification and implementation UAT.

- Able to communicate with the client directly on support issues, whether an email, remote session, or a call.

- Able to advise clients on the D365 Finance best practices and based on the customer's business processes.

- Identify gaps between standard processes and customer's business processes and document functional design specifications, including modifications.

- He should be able to coordinate with Microsoft support team for raising support tickets / communication of gaps etc. Etc.

- Should be able to take care of system configurations which does not required code level changes.

- Act as system administer for creation/managing of user's access rights & workflow.

- Responsible for coordinate with statutory auditor for annual ITGC audit.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Planning skills and ability to work under minimal supervision, multi-task, and prioritize work.

- Customer-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes.

- A background in the Professional Services/Functional Consulting industry is desirable.

Do You have it in You Take The Voyage ('Must-Haves') :

- Should have 6-10 years of experience in Dynamics D365 FO Gathering Business requirements from the clients

- Able to do the Functional analysis and Preparing Business Process documents.

- Preparing functional specification for customization required for implementations Understanding the business process, study and analyse workflow Coordinating with the Technical Team for development/customization.

- Should have minimum 2 - 3 years in implementations on D365 Finance and operations for a Global organization Experience in core Financial Modules.

- Should be having M.Com and CA with work experience on Microsoft D365 Functional consultant.

- Experience in design and creating test scenarios, functional test cases, training, and User acceptance testing System configuration experience.

- Working independently and in teams Ability to do Requirement Analysis, Documentation, UAT Training Ability to work effectively with offshore teams
