- Prior experience working in and with bed-banks or OTAs, ideally in a supply/sourcing function, dealing with third-party accommodation suppliers / hotels, supply optimization and scaling/managing supplier connectivity.

- An understanding of API/XML connectivity, familiar with supplier integrations, product mapping and travel technology platforms.

- Able to manage operational escalations and resolve disputes.

- Able to manage supplier accounts and projects, end-to-end.
